Bethany and Nate are the nicest couple. I can't say enough kind words about them! This was one of my favorite first looks. Nate was so excited to see her and Bethany was beaming when he turned around. It was the sweetest! The rest of the session was so fun. They trudged through snow with me to get some great shots. I love shooting in the snow, it is so beautiful!
It was my first time photographing at the Payson, Utah temple. I was so excited that Josh and Allison asked me to be their photographer! The January weather was bitter and Allison was a trooper. She was fine throughout all the family photos. By the time it got to be her and Josh's turn for pictures, I could tell she was freezing. But Josh kept her as warm as possible! They were a very nice couple. I am happy for them!

When Ashlee had contacted me about photographing her wedding, she told me she was referred by one of my high school friends, Annie. But what I didn't know and soon found out was that her fiance was Nathan Brewster! I went to high school with him and remember that a lot of my friends had a crush on him. I was very excited for him to marry Ashlee.
December 22nd was a very snowy and cold day. But it was also extremely beautiful with the fresh fallen snow and the Christmas lights all around. Nathan and Ashlee came out of the Salt Lake Temple doors so extremely happy! They had so many friends and family there to support them on that wet day. It was very happy! We took a few family and friend pictures very fast. It was very cold and so we finished those quick. Afterward, I took Nathan and Ashlee around the temple to get some bride and groom pics. And I'll tell you what, it was bitter. I was cold and had 3 layers on and a hat and gloves. Ashlee amazed me! Her dress was sopping wet and she had short sleeves. She was freezing but wanted to keep going. Her and Nathan live in Arizona, so they are NOT used to this weather. But they stuck it out and I'm glad they did because I love the pictures I got of them in the snow. You wouldn't even know they're cold from the pics. Love keeps them warm ;)
After the temple, we headed up to Cedar Hills Golf Club for the wedding dinner. The venue was so pretty, but how they decorated it was GORGEOUS! I absolutely loved their colors, flowers, cake, centerpieces, and all the details. After taking a few detail pics, I took family pictures. They had the best looking wedding attire too. The little girls dresses were so cute! Once the family pictures were done, Ashlee suggested we go outside to take more bride and groom photos. I like this girl! It was so gorgeous outside!
They had a great dinner and program. It was fun to get to know the both of them more and hear the funny stories that each of their family members had to share.
It was a great wedding to document! I'm so happy Nathan and Ashlee found each other!
