Ruby is the cutest little girl. She is so happy and has the sweetest little laugh! She did so good with her pictures! I photographed her newborn pictures not even that long ago it seemed, I can't believe she is one!
She was so cute and dainty with her cake smash. Dad had to help her out a little bit and dig her hands in and get a little on her face. She didn't like that too much. At the end though, she did like squishing her hands and toes in it. Haha!
I haven't seen the goofy side of the Mortenson's until our photo session. I loved it! They were having fun, saying jokes, pulling funny faces and poses. They had me cracking up! They are such a fun family. And they have some exciting things happening too. Shayla and Jordan are having a baby girl this year and Michael just got called on a mission to Peru! It was great to see them again and to take their pictures. I'm glad they made it so easy and fun!
It was my first time meeting Colleen and Dan on their wedding day. I talked to a few of their family members and friends before they came out and had no worries that they'd be an awesome couple! Everyone was raving over Colleen and how wonderful she is. When she and Dan came out, she exclaimed, "We are Married!!!!!". It was so fun to witness how happy they were as they came out!
They had a ton of friends and family there to support them. Colleen and Dan made sure to greet everyone and give them hugs. They are really so sweet! Once I was done taking the group pictures, I got to spend a short time with them. I wish it was longer so I could hear their whole story! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Scoresby!
