Wedding

Salt Lake Temple, UT | Rebekah & Jacob Wedding

Rebekah and Jacob got married on a beautiful spring day! These are some of my favorite things from their wedding:

- I loved their exit. They were both beaming, both so happy and in love! In fact we did the exit twice, because they were so good at it. Haha, really we just wanted to do it after things calmed down and so the videographer could get a good shot :)

- Rebekah's Wedding Dress! I love how it fit her and it was so flowy and simple. She looked gorgeous in it! And her hair was beautiful too! I'm glad it was an up do because it was a pretty windy day.

- The bridesmaids dresses were so pretty! They all had matched bracelets too. They were seriously so helpful and so funny the whole day. We took some fun pictures by the ice cream truck because their dresses were the exact same color.

- The groomsmen were hilarious too. They came up with some fun picture poses that were pretty funny.

- We got to spend a lot of time with Rebekah and Jacob after all the wedding party and family pics were done. And by the time those were done, it seemed like all the grounds cleared out. It was so nice! They are both so photogenic! And, she wanted some more pictures at an orchard before their reception. Well, all of us got it bad traffic, so by the time we got to Payson, it was already time to start the reception. But Rebekah, being awesome insisted on going late so we could take pics in the orchard. I'm so glad she did, because that orchard was gorgeous and the pics turned out awesome!

- At their reception they had a fun photo booth and a delicious Ice cream truck. Everyone had a really good time!

- Their cake cutting was fun. The bride's dad and friend had to find a knife to cut it because it was something that was forgotten. They easily retrieved a huge knife from a restaurant. It that a little concerning? haha! They took off each other's glasses before smashing the cake in each other's faces. It was great.

- The dances were awesome, the bouquet toss was awesome and the send was awesome too. It was a fun reception!

I'm so happy for Rebekah and Jacob!

Red Butte Gardens, Salt Lake Temple, UT | Kiersten & James Formals

Kiersten and James are both stunning! Kiersten looked gorgeous in her dress. James thought so too when he saw her for the first time in it. He turned around and still had his eyes closed to tease her a little. It was cute! Then he got a huge smile when he saw her. It was darling! The whole session went perfectly. The flowers at Red Butte are unbelievably gorgeous right now and then we went to the Salt Lake Temple where they are equally as pretty. It was a great evening! They get married TOMORROW!

Salt Lake Temple, Joseph Smith Memorial Building, UT | Ashley & Connor Wedding

I'm so happy that Ashley and Connor got a beautiful sunny day to get married. When we did their formal pictures, it was quite the opposite! Here's some of my favorite things about their day:

- Their families were BOTH so amazing and helpful and kind. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the stairs, and they were all so patient while we waited and super cooperative once we did get the stairs. They're great! They were also so wonderful during the reception!

- I loved having more time with Ashley and Connor to take formal pictures. Like I said before, the sun was shining and the grounds were so pretty. Even the grass was turning green again. Ashley and Connor are so extremely nice! I love taking pictures of them! Ashley's dress was so gorgeous on her. She is so beautiful!

- Their reception was at the Joseph Smith Building. And it was on the 9th floor with the view of the temple. It was gorgeous! I loved the flower arrangements on the tables, all the amazing looking cakes they served, the pianist playing the grand piano, the toy room they had in the back for the kids, and the sign in table where guests signed on jenga blocks.

- Ashley's good friend, Danielle helped me come up with different ways to set up their rings in unique ways. It was fun! Thanks again, Danielle!

- I loved all the dances! During Ashley and her dad's dance, Ashley's little nephew came out on the floor to have a closer look. He is so cute! He wanted to be with his Grandpa the whole day! Ashley and Connor's first dance was so sweet too! They are so cute with each other.

- For the send off they did sparklers. Wooo! They were humongous sparklers so they lasted longer. Ashley and Connor ran out, ran around the corner and came back in haha. They wanted to come out in their formal attire for the send off, but then wanted to change into comfier clothes on the way to the hotel. They're pretty great!  I cleaned up my things and walked out with them. They're so easy going!

I'm so happy to have met them and wish them the best!

Congratulations Ashley and Connor!
